I’m Fricking Awesome!

Drum roll please… I have fricking well completed the Jason Vale 7lbs in 7 Days juicy challenge and apart from the VERY occasional lapse, I DID IT woooo hooooooo!!!

Despite that, I still felt like a pork princess this morning and so nervous about getting into my bikini and finally stepping on those scales as I really don’t see much of a difference in my shape – see what you think and leave me a comment if you like.

My measurements are underneath the video.

Ok, here’s my measurements:

Chest: 38″ / 96.5cm (SAME as Day 43)
Waist: 29.5″ / 75cm (DOWN/ 2.5cm from Day 43)
Fattest bit (navel): 37″ / 94cm (DOWN 1″ / 2.5cm from Day 43)
Left thigh: 21.5″ / 54.5cm (DOWN 0.5″ / 1.5cm from Day 43)
Left Arm: 11″ / 28cm (NO CHANGE from Day 43)

To recap from the video – this week I weighed in at 9 stone 7lb / 133 lbs / 60.4 kilos and am 29% body fat – DOWN 6.5lb / 1.8kg from last week and DOWN 2% body fat!!!

So all in all it’s been a pretty damn good week and I now know I CAN shift the lard so will incorporate more juices into my daily lifestyle.

I’ve also been looking into colonics again as well as foods that can help my thyroid function as I mentioned in the video. I will write more about those subject separately but have decided they are things I want to explore as well as herbal supplements to take to help cleanse the colon, specifically I want to do one that targets parasites as I woke up the other night having a nightmare about them.

Ok, admittedly I had been looking at lots of pictures of them online but still, you have to understand I was brought up by a mother who was OBSESSED with any of us having worms and constantly making us take the most disgusting medicines if we even looked like we had an itchy nose, let alone bum. Anyway, more of that another time *grin*

I’m also looking at revamping the blog and am doing a mindmap to dump my thoughts and get them in some order to make this site more interesting and informative for you – let me know if there’s anything you would like to see or read or watch!

  1. OMG – it’s a roller coaster ride this diet! One week despair, one week elation. Well done you, shows that dieting works if you stick to it (bit like blogging actually!)
