For The Record, Here’s What I Weigh..

Just for the record, I thought I’d better share with you what I weigh – yes I’ve made a video! Oh and what that cursed measuring tape discovered as I wrapped it round my ample curves.

Here goes..

Day 1 of Jason Vale Juicemaster’s 28 Day Super Juice Me Plan – 22 June 2015

Weight: 12 stone / 168lb / 76.2kg
Chest: 105cm / 41.6″
Waist: 95cm / 37.6″
Belly: 106.5cm / 42″
Hips: 106.5cm / 42″
Thigh: 60cm / 23.10″
Calf: 39.5cm / 15.8″

And while I’m at it..

I also thought I’d make a record of every ailment I can think of so I can do a thorough before and after summary. Don’t worry, I won’t be doing daily updates like I’ve done in the past!

  • lethargy
  • feeling cold
  • thinning hair
  • baggy eyes
  • dark circles under my eyes
  • dry skin
  • spots
  • cellulite on my tummy and bum, probably backs of thighs – can’t see clearly
  • constipation
  • bloating
  • aching legs
  • ermmm 3 stone over what the charts say I should be and a good 2 stone over what I feel comfortable at

I do have an under-active thyroid gland – was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at about the age of 6 and been on medication for it since then. I also have B12 injections as my body doesn’t seem to absorb nutrients properly and have to top up my Vitamin D3 every now and then – which reminds me, I must get a decent blood test done soon.

I also wonder if I’ve got adrenal fatigue? Who knows, I’m a bit terrible at researching all kinds of things online – one thing leads to another!

Which reminds me… maybe I’ll do a parasite cleanse. I’ve not done one before and now could be the ideal time.

  1. What a courageous and honest way to start your journey. Great video. Ive always wanted to do a video but im far to shy and reserved.

    Im looking forward to following your progress, particularly on the squidgy thighs. Where does one go after Sqidgy…. never back to squidgyiness im guessing What other great descriptive ways of describing your “flaws” and your progress will we encounter ;)

    Are you going to be charting the colour juices you use during the month? I bet bright green will win the colour comp. Would also be interesting to look at a graphical representation of the types of veggies and friuts used over the month.

    • Well Steve, that is going to be my challenge – ways to entertain you with my vocabulary. I will refrain from charting the colour of my poo in relation to the juices.. actually, hang on, maybe that’s a good idea.. Anyway, thanks for your support and I hope to read more amusing comments from you! x
